Accountant

**Job Title:** Accountant **Company:** 4Ever Property Broker LLC **Location:** Barsha Heights, Dubai, UAE Job Summary 4Ever Property Broker LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized **Accountant** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, and supporting the day-to-day accounting operations of our real estate business. Key Responsibilities * Maintain accurate financial records and accounting transactions. * Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries. * Reconcile bank statements and company accounts. * Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. * Process payroll and maintain employee financial records. * Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax requirements. * Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities. * Monitor cash flow and prepare financial forecasts. * Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records. * Support management with budgeting and financial analysis. * Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Minimum **2 years of accounting experience** in the UAE (real estate experience is an advantage). * Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and accounting standards. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting softwares. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. * Good communication skills in English. * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in the UAE real estate industry. * Knowledge of RERA and Dubai Land Department financial processes is an advantage. * Professional accounting certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is a plus.
