Accountant & Administrative Officer – Full Time Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates We are a joinery manufacturing factory based in Abu Dhabi and are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant & Administrative Officer to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Accounting \* Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records. \* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. \* Prepare invoices, payments, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial reports. \* Assist with budgeting, cost control, and cash flow management. \* Prepare VAT records and ensure compliance with UAE regulations. \* Support external auditors and year-end financial reporting. Administration \* Manage office administration and maintain company records. \* Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and service providers. \* Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries. \* Maintain employee files and assist with attendance, leave records, and general HR administration. \* Organize company documents, contracts, and correspondence. \* Provide administrative support to management and other departments. Requirements: \* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. \* Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and administration. \* Experience in a manufacturing or furniture company is preferred. \* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software. \* Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations. \* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. \* Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
