Accountant

Commercial Executive – Invoicing, Contracts & Accounts Receivable is responsible for managing customer invoicing, maintaining contract documentation, monitoring accounts receivable, and ensuring timely collections. This role supports accurate financial records, compliance with contractual terms, and healthy cash flow while collaborating with internal teams and clients. * Prepare, review, and issue accurate customer invoices in accordance with contract terms and company policies. * Maintain and administer customer contracts, ensuring all agreements are properly documented, updated, and accessible. * Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue payments to ensure timely collections. * Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies or payment issues. * Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to verify billing information and contract requirements. * Record customer payments and maintain accurate financial records in the accounting system. * Generate periodic reports on invoicing, receivables, collections, and outstanding balances. * Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and contractual obligations. * Respond to customer inquiries related to invoices, payments, and contract terms in a professional and timely manner. * Support month-end closing activities related to billing and accounts receivable. * Identify opportunities to improve billing, collection, and contract management processes.
