Chief Land Surveyor

Falcon Group is looking for an experienced **Chief Land Surveyor** to lead and manage land surveying activities for infrastructure, construction, and engineering projects across the UAE. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and supervise survey teams on project sites. * Plan and execute topographic, construction, setting-out, and as-built surveys. * Ensure the accuracy of survey data, reports, and project deliverables. * Operate and oversee the use of Total Stations, GNSS/GPS, Digital Levels, and surveying software. * Coordinate with project managers, consultants, engineers, and clients. * Review drawings, establish control points, and ensure compliance with project specifications. * Mentor junior surveyors and maintain quality, safety, and documentation standards. **Requirements:** * Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * **Minimum 8+ years of UAE experience** in land surveying, preferably on infrastructure and construction projects. * Strong knowledge of Total Stations, GNSS/GPS, Digital Levels, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Valid UAE Driving License is preferred. * Immediate joiners will be given preference.
