**Accountant – Fashion & Retail (Dubai)** **Company: MANEL** **Location: Dubai, UAE** **Employment Type: Full-time** **Salary: AED 3,500 per month ( Negotiable based on the Experience )** **About MANEL** MANEL is a luxury fashion brand based in Dubai, operating across B2C and B2B channels, with international clients and regional expansion. The company manages in-house production, retail, wholesale, and e-commerce operations, requiring strong financial structure and operational rigor. **Role Overview** We are looking for a hands-on Accountant to manage daily accounting operations and support the financial management of the company. This role is operational and best suited for someone practical, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle day-to-day accounting (AP, AR, bank reconciliations, journal entries). * Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow). * Manage VAT filings and ensure UAE compliance. * Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks. * Monitor payments, collections, and cash flow. * Maintain records related to sales, inventory, and production costs. * Ensure proper documentation and internal controls. * Support management with financial reporting when required. Requirements * Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in retail, fashion, trading, or FMCG. * Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations. * Experience with accounting software (Odoo, Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar). * Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. * Good command of English (Arabic is a plus). **What We’re Looking For** * Reliable, disciplined, and organized professional. * Comfortable with deadlines and peak business periods. * Strong sense of confidentiality and responsibility.
