Assistant Accountant

**Job Description** * Assist with daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks. * Record financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records. * Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers. * Reconcile bank statements and supplier/customer accounts. * Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Process employee expense claims and petty cash. * Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities. * Prepare financial reports and spreadsheets as required. * Maintain organized financial records and documentation. * Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. * Provide administrative support to the finance department. * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * **Experience:** Min up to 1 to 2 year of experience in UAE / GCC. * **Industry:** Prefer experience in Steel/Building Materials/Construction/Contracting industries. * **Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting ERP systems.
