Sales and Leasing Manager

Leasing & Sales Manager **Location:** Sharjah, UAE **Employment Type:** Full-Time About Us We are a leading property management and real estate investment company specializing in residential and commercial property leasing, sales, and asset management. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Leasing & Sales Manager to lead our leasing and sales operations, grow our property portfolio, and deliver exceptional service to property owners, investors, and tenants. Key Responsibilities * Manage the leasing and sales activities for residential and commercial properties. * Develop and implement strategies to achieve occupancy and sales targets. * Market available properties through online portals, social media, and other channels. * Conduct property viewings and negotiate lease and sale agreements. * Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, tenants, buyers, and brokers. * Generate new business opportunities and expand the company's property management portfolio. * Monitor market trends and recommend competitive rental and sales pricing. * Supervise and mentor the leasing and sales team, setting performance targets and monitoring KPIs. * Coordinate with the finance, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure smooth transactions and excellent customer service. * Prepare regular reports on occupancy, leasing performance, sales performance, and business development activities. * Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company policies. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. * Minimum **5 years of experience** in real estate leasing and property sales in the UAE. * Strong knowledge of the UAE especially Sharjah and Dubai real estate market and leasing practices. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills. * Strong leadership and team management abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/property management software. * Valid UAE Driving License is preferred. Preferred Skills * Business development experience within the real estate industry. * Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
