**Note: Preference will be given to candidates with Arabic language proficiency.** We are seeking a dynamic and creative **Assistant Marketing Manager** to support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives across both traditional and digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand management, integrated marketing communications, and campaign execution, with the ability to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. **Key Responsibilities** **Brand Management & Communication** * Support the development and execution of brand strategies to enhance market presence and brand equity. * Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels. * Coordinate brand communication initiatives, promotional campaigns, and product launches. * Work closely with internal departments and external agencies to maintain brand standards. **Traditional Marketing (ATL & BTL)** * Plan and execute **Above-the-Line (ATL)** campaigns, including print, radio, outdoor, and other mass media activities. * Coordinate **Below-the-Line (BTL)** marketing activities, including in-store promotions, exhibitions, activations, events, and trade marketing initiatives. * Monitor campaign effectiveness and prepare post-campaign performance reports. * Liaise with vendors, printers, media partners, and event organizers. **Digital Marketing & Social Media** * Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other online platforms. * Manage the company's social media presence by planning content calendars, coordinating creative assets, and monitoring engagement. * Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop compelling marketing materials. * Monitor website performance, SEO, email marketing, and online advertising initiatives. * Track digital campaign performance using analytics tools and recommend optimization strategies. **Marketing Operations** * Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. * Assist in developing annual marketing plans and budgets. * Coordinate with sales teams to develop promotional materials and marketing support. * Monitor marketing KPIs and prepare regular reports for management. * Ensure timely execution of marketing projects while maintaining quality and budget compliance. **Qualifications & Experience** * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications. * **Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience**, preferably in FMCG, retail, healthcare, beauty, or distribution industries. * Proven experience managing both traditional and digital marketing campaigns. * Strong understanding of branding, integrated marketing communications, ATL, and BTL activities. * Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing tools. * Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and digital advertising platforms is an advantage. * Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an added advantage. Preferred Skills * Creative thinking with strong attention to detail. * Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills. * Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. * Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills. * Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
