Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with a strong background in the manpower/recruitment industry to develop new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive company growth. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in client acquisition, manpower solutions, and B2B sales within the UAE market. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the manpower, recruitment, and outsourcing sectors. Generate leads, approach potential clients, and convert prospects into long-term business partnerships. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. Understand client manpower requirements and provide suitable staffing solutions. Prepare business proposals, quotations, and service agreements. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure successful delivery of manpower solutions. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business pipelines. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred. Proven experience as a Business Development Executive/Manager within the manpower, recruitment, outsourcing, or staffing industry. Strong network and client database within UAE industries (construction, hospitality, logistics, facilities management, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to generate leads independently and close deals. Strong understanding of manpower supply and recruitment processes in the UAE. Target-driven with strong business acumen. Preferred Skills: Experience dealing with corporate clients and large manpower requirements. Knowledge of UAE labor market and recruitment regulations. Strong relationship-building and networking abilities. Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary package + commission/incentives (depending on experience). Location: UAE. Employment Type: Full-time.
