Civil Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities * Manage and monitor day-to-day project execution activities. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders. * Preplan Site milestone completion strategies with Project Managers. * Ensure construction works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. * Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and identify discrepancies before execution. * Prepare and verify quantity take-offs, material requirements, and work progress reports. * Coordinate with procurement and stores departments for timely material delivery. * Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards. * Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and authorities. * Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM), DEWA, Civil Defense, and other relevant authority regulations. * Supervise site engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and labor teams. * Review and approve subcontractor work progress and quality. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports. * Manage inspections, authority approvals, and consultant approvals. * Ensure implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements. * Resolve technical and site-related issues to avoid project delays. * Monitor manpower allocation, productivity, and resource utilization. Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. * **5–8 years of UAE experience** in construction projects. * Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality (DM), DEWA, Civil Defense, and other UAE authority requirements. * UAE valid driving license is mandatory Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
