Project Manager – Villas Construction Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Company Coventry General Contracting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-end villa construction projects in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, and timely delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Manage villa construction projects from start to handover. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Prepare and monitor project schedules. Control project costs and resources. Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements. Lead site engineers and construction teams. Prepare progress reports and attend client meetings. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 5–10 years of experience in general contracting. At least 5 years of experience managing villa construction projects in the UAE. Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi Municipality regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office. UAE Driving License is preferred. Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
