Construction Foreman

We are seeking an experienced **Construction Foreman** to supervise daily site operations and lead construction teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site. * Manage and monitor skilled and unskilled workers. * Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. * Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and project managers. * Monitor productivity, quality, and safety compliance. * Plan manpower, materials, and equipment requirements. * Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce health and safety regulations. * Inspect completed work and resolve on-site issues promptly. * Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records. Requirements * **Minimum 8 years of experience as a Construction Foreman.** * Proven experience supervising construction projects in the UAE. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards. * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple teams and work under pressure. * Immediate joiners are preferred.
