Sales Team Leader (Education Sector)

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Team Leader to lead our admissions and sales team. The role will focus on driving student enrollments, improving lead conversion, achieving sales targets, and supporting the team to deliver consistent results. Key Responsibilities * Lead, motivate, and monitor the daily performance of the sales and admissions team. * Set daily and monthly sales targets and ensure the team achieves assigned admission and revenue goals. * Monitor leads, follow-ups, conversions, admissions, and collections. * Guide team members in effective student counselling, sales techniques, and lead conversion. * Review individual performance and provide regular coaching and support. * Follow up on important or high-potential leads and assist the team in closing admissions. * Identify opportunities to increase enrollments through referrals, promotions, cross-selling, and upselling. * Prepare daily and monthly sales performance reports and share updates with management. * Coordinate with the Branch Manager and Head Office regarding sales performance, lead quality, and marketing activities. * Ensure all sales activities follow company policies, approved pricing, and procedures. * Maintain a positive, competitive, and performance-driven sales environment. Requirements * Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader, Senior Sales Executive, Admissions Team Leader, or similar role. * Experience in education, training, or a target-driven sales environment preferred. * Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and student counselling skills. * Proven ability to achieve sales and admission targets. * Strong understanding of lead follow-up and conversion strategies. * Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented. * Ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively. * Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and reporting tools.
