Construction Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven **Civil Construction Manager** to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of industrial warehouse construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing civil construction projects from inception to completion while ensuring quality, safety, and budget compliance. Key Responsibilities * Manage all phases of industrial warehouse construction projects. * Plan, coordinate, and supervise site activities, subcontractors, and construction teams. * Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards. * Monitor construction progress and resolve technical and operational issues. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities. * Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and resource plans. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. * Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents. * Control project costs and monitor material procurement. * Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks. * Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. * Minimum **8–10 years** of experience in civil construction, with significant experience in industrial warehouse projects. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, structural works, and project management. * Experience managing multiple subcontractors and large site teams. * Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. * Valid driving license is preferred. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in industrial warehouses, factories, logistics parks, or commercial construction projects. * Knowledge of local construction regulations and safety standards. * PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification is an advantage.
