Project Engineer

Job Summary The Project Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role requires close coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams. Key Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day site operations for industrial warehouse construction projects. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and project schedules. * Prepare and review project schedules, work plans, and progress reports. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. * Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues. * Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. * Measure work completed and assist with project billing and cost control. * Attend project meetings and maintain accurate project documentation. * Support project handover, testing, and close-out activities. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. * 3–7 years of experience in civil construction, preferably in industrial warehouse or industrial building projects. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, structural works, and project coordination. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera is an advantage). * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
