Sales Coordinator

We are looking for an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales and estimation team. The candidate will assist with proposals, sales reports, enquiry tracking, client communication, cold calling, and small-scale procurement activities. Key Responsibilities * Assist Sales Engineers with daily sales and business-development activities. * Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and supporting documents. * Handle sales-related emails, enquiries, and follow-ups professionally. * Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. * Maintain updated logs for enquiries, quotations, estimations, follow-ups, and purchase orders. * Make cold calls to potential clients and introduce the company’s services. * Follow up with prospective clients regarding submitted quotations and proposals. * Coordinate with the estimation, engineering, procurement, and accounts teams. * Carry out small-scale procurement, obtain supplier quotations, and prepare price comparisons. * Update customer details, leads, opportunities, and follow-up status in the CRM system. * Schedule client meetings, site visits, and follow-up calls for the sales team. * Assist in preparing presentations, prequalification documents, and company profiles. * Track proposal submission deadlines and ensure all documents are submitted on time. * Maintain proper records of client correspondence and sales documentation. * Support the team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets. * Perform other sales coordination and administrative duties as required. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. * Previous experience in sales coordination, sales support, administration, or a similar role. * Experience in the UAE interior fit-out, construction, or contracting industry is preferred. * Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. * Experience with CRM, Zoho, or similar business software is an advantage. * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. * Good reporting, documentation, and follow-up skills. * Confident in making cold calls and communicating with clients. * Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision. * Candidates currently available in the UAE will be preferred. Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
