Land Surveyor

**Location:** Abu Dhabi, UAE **Job Type:** Full-Time **Job Summary** We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Land Surveyor** to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land and construction surveys, preparing accurate measurements and reports, and supporting project teams with reliable survey data. The Land Surveyor will play a key role in ensuring project accuracy, compliance, and successful execution. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys. * Perform site measurements and collect field data using surveying instruments such as Total Stations, GPS, and levels. * Establish and verify survey control points and benchmarks. * Prepare survey reports, maps, drawings, and calculations. * Interpret construction drawings and specifications. * Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure accurate project layout. * Monitor construction progress and verify alignment, elevations, and dimensions. * Ensure compliance with project requirements, local regulations, and safety standards. * Maintain survey equipment and ensure calibration records are up to date. **Requirements** * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field. * Minimum **3-5 years of surveying experience**, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects. * Proficiency in survey equipment, including Total Stations, GPS, and digital levels. * Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and surveying software. * Ability to read and interpret engineering and construction drawings. * Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and teamwork abilities. * Valid UAE driving license is an advantage. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in roads, utilities, infrastructure, or industrial projects. * Knowledge of UAE surveying standards and regulations. * Familiarity with GIS and advanced survey software.
