Construction Site Foreman **Company:** Raslan Building Contracting LLC **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Salary:** AED 3,000 per month Benefits * Employment Visa Provided * Medical Insurance Provided Working Hours * **Monday to Thursday & Saturday to Sunday:** 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM * **Weekly Off:** Friday Job Summary Raslan Building Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced and responsible **Construction Site Foreman** to supervise daily site operations and ensure construction projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The ideal candidate must have a valid UAE driving license, at least 3 years of construction experience in Dubai, and strong leadership skills to manage site activities, labor, and material procurement. Key Responsibilities * **Supervise and manage all daily construction site activities.** * **Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to project schedules.** * Lead, supervise, and coordinate labor teams to achieve daily productivity targets. * Allocate work efficiently and monitor labor attendance and performance. * Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications. * Coordinate with engineers, project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers. * **Purchase and arrange the delivery of construction materials as required.** * Monitor material usage and maintain adequate stock levels. * Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies. * **Prepare daily site progress reports and report any delays or issues to management.** * Resolve on-site operational problems promptly and effectively. * **Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are properly maintained and utilized.** Requirements * Minimum **3 years of construction site experience in Dubai**. * Valid **UAE Driving License** (Mandatory). * Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site safety regulations. * Ability to manage labor teams and coordinate multiple site activities. * Experience in purchasing construction materials and coordinating suppliers. * Good communication and leadership skills. * Ability to read construction drawings is an advantage. Preferred Skills * Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. * Good teamwork and time management skills. * Basic computer knowledge for reporting is an advantage.
