Cost Control Engineer (MEP)

Job Vacancy – **Cost Control Engineer (MEP)** A leading Electromechanical Contracting Company in Abu Dhabi, UAE is looking for a qualified and experienced Cost Control Engineer to join its growing team. Position: **Cost Control Engineer – MEP** **Key Responsibilities:** - Monitor and control project costs in line with approved budgets. - Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and variance analyses. - Review project budgets, commitments, and expenditures. - Coordinate with Project Managers, Procurement, and Finance to ensure cost efficiency. - Monitor material, labor, and subcontractor costs. - Prepare monthly cost reports and cash flow forecasts. - Ensure compliance with company procedures and project cost control requirements. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline). - Minimum 5 years of experience in Cost Control, preferably in MEP/Electromechanical Contracting. - Strong knowledge of project budgeting, cost reporting, and forecasting. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) is an advantage. - Experience with Primavera P6 is preferred. - Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills. - UAE experience is highly preferred. - Available to join immediately or within a short notice period. **Location:** Abu Dhabi, UAE Interested candidates are invited to send their updated CV to: **[email protected]** Subject: Application – Cost Control Engineer Pay: AED1.00 per month Work Location: On the road
