Job description: We are a 3D printing retail store. Our main concept is that customers take photos inside our photobooth, and the image data is then sent back to brand headquarters. After that, the headquarters produces a personalized 3D printed figure for the customer. We are also the first store in the UAE to offer this kind of service. **Store Location：The Galleria Al Maryah Island Mall** Job description 1. Store Operations Assist with daily store operations, including maintaining cleanliness, checking equipment, and keeping basic records such as sales and stock. Support the Store Manager to ensure the store runs smoothly and meets brand standards. 2. Marketing & Promotion Help create simple social media content for platforms like Instagram and TikTok. Support in-store promotional activities to increase customer traffic and brand visibility. 3. Sales & Customer Service Welcome customers warmly and provide clear introductions to 3D printing products and services. Understand customer needs, recommend suitable options, and assist in completing sales. Handle basic customer inquiries and feedback to ensure good customer experience. 4. Team Support Work closely with other staff, follow work schedules, and support daily team tasks as needed. Job Requirements 1.Female, friendly, well-presented, with a cheerful and approachable personality. 2.Experience in retail, customer service, or related fields is preferred but not required. 3.Good communication skills; English is required. 4.Responsible, willing to learn, and able to adapt to store needs. Other Requirements 1.Working hours: 10 hours per day. Attendance rules must be followed. 2.Personal appearance and grooming must meet company guidelines. 3.Leave requests must follow company policies. 4.Must follow company procedures and workflow requirements. 5.Issues should be reported properly; extreme or improper actions are not allowed. 6.Must comply with local labor and safety regulations.
