Electrical Construction Manager

**Job Title:** Electrical Construction Manager **Location:** UAE **Job Summary:** We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Electrical Construction Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive UAE experience in managing electrical works for high-rise building projects and possess strong site management and technical capabilities. The candidate will be responsible for leading project teams, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage all on-site electrical construction activities for high-rise building projects. * Plan, organize, and monitor project execution to ensure compliance with approved schedules and budgets. * Supervise project engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and site personnel. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project delivery. * Review and resolve technical issues, design discrepancies, and construction challenges. * Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment utilization to maximize productivity. * Ensure all electrical installations are executed in accordance with project specifications, local regulations, and industry standards. * Conduct regular site inspections, progress reviews, and coordination meetings. * Prepare and review progress reports, recovery plans, and project forecasts. * Ensure full compliance with HSE requirements and company procedures. * Support tendering and pre-construction activities by providing technical and construction input. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. * Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical construction within the UAE. * Proven experience in managing high-rise building projects from inception to handover. * Strong site management and leadership skills. * Excellent technical knowledge of electrical systems, including power, lighting, low current, containment, and earthing systems. * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams. * Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project planning, and execution. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software. * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Valid UAE Driving License. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working with leading contractors and developers in the UAE. * Familiarity with local authority requirements and approval processes. * Immediate availability or short notice period. The successful candidate will be a results-oriented professional with a proven track record of delivering complex high-rise projects while maintaining exceptional standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
