Restaurant Manager

Dear Candidate, We are looking for a Restaurant Operations Manager for our upcoming fine dining branch in Abu Dhabi. Candidate with relevant experience should apply. Key Responsibilities  Oversee and manage daily operations across all restaurant outlets.  Conduct regular outlet inspections to ensure operational excellence.  Monitor inventory levels, ordering processes, and cost-control measures.  Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and health & safety standards.  Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.  Prepare operational reports and provide insights to support business growth.  Collaborate closely with senior management to achieve organizational objectives.  Develop, implement, and enforce SOPs, cleaning schedules, and opening/closing procedures.  Drive operational consistency and continuous improvement across all locations. Financial & Commercial Management  Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) performance across outlets.  Develop and monitor budgets, sales targets, revenue, and operating costs.  Maintain strict control over Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), waste management, spoilage prevention, and portion control.  Analyze business performance and implement corrective actions where required. Supply Chain & Inventory Management  Oversee inventory management, stock counts, and purchasing activities.  Manage supplier relationships and ensure uninterrupted product availability.  Monitor stock levels and optimize inventory to support cash flow management. Operational Excellence  Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all operational activities.  Ensure compliance with food safety standards, quality controls, and operational audits.  Optimize workflows to improve productivity, service speed, and customer satisfaction.  Manage labor costs through effective scheduling and workforce planning. Team Leadership & Development  Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of FOH and BOH teams.  Build a culture of accountability, discipline, and continuous development.  Coach and mentor outlet managers and supervisors to achieve operational goals.  Maintain high standards of grooming, professionalism, and workplace behavior. **Marketing & Business Growth**  Partner with marketing teams to support promotions, increase brand visibility, and drive sales growth.  Identify opportunities to improve guest experience, increase customer retention, and maximize outlet performance. Display Management **Requirements**  Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).  5–7 years of Operations Management experience in the F&B industry.  Proven multi-unit/outlet management experience.  Background with structured organizations such as hotel chains, franchise operations, or medium-to-large restaurant groups.  Strong leadership skills with the ability to hold teams accountable and drive results.  Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and quality standards.  Strong analytical skills with proficiency in P&L management and financial reporting.  Experience with POS systems, inventory management software, and operational reporting tools.  Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
