**Estimation Engineer** **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Job Type:** Full-time **Salary:** AED 5,000 - 6,000 per month **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Estimation Engineer to join our construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost estimation, BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and tendering. Experience in villa construction is highly preferred. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare accurate cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and tender documents. * Review project drawings, specifications, and contract requirements. * Perform quantity take-offs and detailed cost analysis. * Obtain, evaluate, and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. * Coordinate with procurement, design, and project teams during the tender process. * Prepare and submit competitive tender proposals. * Monitor project costs and support cost control activities. **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. * Minimum 5 years of experience as an Estimation Engineer in the construction industry. * Experience in villa construction is preferred. * Strong knowledge of BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software. * Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. * Familiarity with UAE construction standards and practices is an advantage. **Benefits** * Competitive salary of AED 5,000 - 6,000 per month. * Career growth opportunities. * Professional and collaborative work environment. **Work Location:** Dubai, UAE (In Person) **How to Apply** Interested candidates who meet the above requirements are invited to submit their updated CV.
