Matrix Finishes LLC & Graphic Display Systems FZ LLC and its group companies is looking for an energetic, result oriented, passionate and get go attitude candidate for their finance & accounts operations: **Finance Manager** **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Salary:** AED 10,000 – 15,000 (Based on Experience) We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented **Finance Manager** to lead the Finance & Accounts function across our Group Companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, accounting, treasury, taxation, budgeting, inventory control, compliance, MIS reporting, and strategic financial management. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the Finance & Accounts Department across multiple companies. * Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statements. * Manage working capital, banking relationships, receivables, payables, and treasury functions. * Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, IFRS, E-Invoicing, and FTA regulations. * Oversee inventory accounting, stock valuation, costing, and financial controls. * Lead audits, implement internal controls, and strengthen financial governance. * Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to senior management. * Ensure effective utilization of **ODOO ERP** and drive process improvements. **Requirements** **Option 1** * Chartered Accountant (CA). * Minimum **5 years' experience** as a Finance Manager or Financial Controller. **OR** **Option 2** * Master’s degree in commerce (M.Com). * Minimum **15 years' experience** in Finance & Accounts, including **5 years in a senior managerial role**. **Essential Experience & Skills** Mandatory UAE experience in **trading and distribution companies**. * Hands-on experience in **multi-company, multi-warehouse, and inventory-intensive operations**. * Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial planning & analysis, inventory valuation, cost accounting, working capital management, UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and IFRS. * **Expert proficiency in ODOO ERP (Mandatory)**. * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong analytical and reporting capabilities. * Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. * EXPERIENCE IN INTERCOMPANY TRANSACTIONS WITH TRANSFER PRICING. **Only candidates meeting the above criteria will be considered.** Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
