Foreman

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated **Foreman** to oversee daily construction site operations and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to coordinate site activities, and experience managing construction teams. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities. * Lead and manage site workers, subcontractors, and labor teams. * Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. * Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with company standards. * Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently. * Conduct daily toolbox talks and promote a safe work environment. * Report daily progress, delays, and site issues to the Project Manager. * Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other project stakeholders. * Ensure proper housekeeping and organization of the worksite. * Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations. Requirements * Diploma or Technical Certification in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field is preferred. * Minimum **3–5 years** of experience as a Foreman in construction projects. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment. * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. * Excellent leadership and team management skills. * Good communication and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
