Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Surveyor** to perform land, construction, and engineering surveys for ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting accurate site data, establishing control points, verifying project layouts, and ensuring construction activities are executed according to approved plans and specifications. Key Responsibilities * Conduct land and construction surveys using surveying equipment and technology. * Establish and verify control points, benchmarks, and site reference markers. * Perform setting out works for buildings, roads, utilities, and other construction projects. * Measure distances, elevations, boundaries, and site coordinates accurately. * Prepare survey reports, maps, drawings, and documentation. * Verify construction work against approved drawings and project specifications. * Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure accurate project execution. * Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments and equipment. * Identify and report discrepancies between site conditions and project plans. * Ensure compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations. Requirements * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum **3–5 years** of experience in construction or land surveying. * Proficiency in operating Total Station, GPS/GNSS equipment, Auto Level, and other surveying instruments. * Strong knowledge of surveying principles, measurements, and calculations. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office. * Ability to interpret engineering drawings and site plans. * Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills. * Good communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Skills * Construction setting out and site layout. * Topographic and boundary surveys. * GPS/GNSS surveying techniques. * Data collection and analysis. * AutoCAD and survey software proficiency. * Attention to detail and accuracy. * Time management and organizational skills. * Knowledge of local surveying regulations and standards.
