We are seeking an experienced and results-driven **Project Manager** to lead construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of the project to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities * Plan, organize, and manage all phases of construction projects. * Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams. * Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved. * Manage project costs, budgets, and financial reporting. * Review and approve project documentation, drawings, and technical submissions. * Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. * Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, quality standards, and HSE regulations. * Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports to senior management. * Resolve technical, operational, and contractual issues in a timely manner. * Supervise and mentor engineers, supervisors, and site personnel. * Ensure successful project handover and closeout documentation. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. * Minimum **7–10 years** of experience in construction projects, with at least 1 **years** in a Project Manager role. * Strong knowledge of construction project management principles and practices. * Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and contract documents. * Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills. * PMP certification is an advantage.
