Foreman – Carpenter & Steel Fixer

**Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate carpentry and steel fixing works on site. * Manage carpenters and steel fixers, assign daily tasks, and monitor progress. * Read and interpret construction drawings, layouts, and reinforcement details. * Ensure proper installation of formwork, shuttering, scaffolding, and concrete structures. * Supervise cutting, bending, and fixing of reinforcement steel bars as per drawings. * Check alignment, dimensions, levels, and quality of carpentry and steel works. * Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other site teams for smooth workflow. * Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available and used properly. * Monitor work progress and report site issues to the Site Engineer/Project Manager. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. * Train and guide workers to improve productivity and workmanship. * Maintain proper housekeeping and safe working conditions at the site. **Benefits:** * Accommodation and Transportation provided by the company. * Food provided by the company. * Overtime (OT) will be provided as per company requirements.
