* Supervise daily construction activities and site workers. * Coordinate with engineers, project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Plan and assign work to laborers and skilled workers. * Monitor work quality to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications. * Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with HSE regulations. * Maintain site progress and prepare daily work reports. * Inspect materials and ensure proper usage to minimize waste. * Resolve on-site issues and report project progress to management. * Ensure projects are completed within the scheduled timeline. * Maintain discipline, productivity, and housekeeping on site.
