Forex And Comex Call Center Team leader

**Billion Dollar FX** is a rapidly growing global online trading platform offering Forex, Commodities, Precious Metals, Indices, Cryptocurrencies, and CFD trading solutions. We are looking for an experienced and results-driven **Call Center Team Leader** to lead, motivate, and develop our sales team while driving business growth and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities * Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Forex & COMEX Call Center Executives. * Monitor daily sales performance and ensure team KPIs are achieved. * Coach, mentor, and train team members to improve sales performance. * Conduct daily team meetings and performance reviews. * Develop sales strategies to increase conversions and client acquisition. * Monitor call quality and provide constructive feedback. * Ensure CRM is updated accurately by the team. * Assist the team in closing high-value clients. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management. * Handle escalated customer concerns professionally. * Recruit, train, and onboard new sales representatives. * Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Requirements * **Minimum 2-4 years of experience** in Forex, CFD, COMEX, Financial Services, or Investment Sales. * **At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader or Sales Supervisor.** * Proven experience managing a call center sales team. * Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills. * Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. * Experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets. * Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales reporting. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. * UAE experience is preferred. Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. * Professional sales or leadership certifications are an advantage.
