General Foreman

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced General Foreman to supervise and coordinate construction site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements. Key Responsibilities: \* Supervise and manage workers, foremen, and subcontractors at the site. \* Plan and coordinate daily construction activities. \* Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and approved methods. \* Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment requirements. \* Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and other departments. \* Ensure productivity and work progress meet project schedules. \* Maintain site safety and ensure workers follow HSE requirements. \* Check the quality of workmanship and report any issues. \* Prepare daily work/progress reports. \* Resolve site-level issues and coordinate with relevant teams. \* Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions. Requirements: \* Minimum 5–10 years of experience as a General Foreman/Construction Foreman. \* UAE construction experience is preferred. \* Strong knowledge of construction activities and site supervision. \* Ability to read and understand construction drawings. \* Good manpower and subcontractor management skills. \* Strong communication and leadership skills. \* Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
