Shared Services Strategy & Scale** * Design, implement, and govern a IT Shared Services (ITSS) framework that provides tech delivery to portfolio companies. * Establish robust Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and equitable chargeback/allocation models across all business units. * Drive massive cost synergies through consolidated group-wide software licensing, hardware procurement, and vendor ecosystem management. **2. ERP, Data, & Enterprise Applications** * Oversee the strategy and integration roadmap for varied ERP environments (Odoo, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) across the group, ensuring streamlined data flow and consolidated financial reporting for executive leadership. * Eliminate data silos to enable seamless, group-wide business intelligence and analytics. **3. Network Infrastructure & Cybersecurity** * Architect and maintain a highly secure, resilient, and unified global network infrastructure (SD-WAN, multi-cloud, Edge) guaranteeing 99.99% uptime across all corporate sites. * Establish a centralized, group-level Security Operations Center (SOC) to provide real-time threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and absolute data compliance across multi-country regulations. **4. Next-Gen Innovation & AI Integration** * Pioneer the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) within the shared services model to automate routine workflows, predictive maintenance, and data analysis. * Keep the conglomerate at the absolute forefront of emerging technologies to drive new revenue streams and operational competitive advantages. **5. High-Volume Service Delivery** * Direct a highly automated, AI-driven, 24/7 global Helpdesk and Technical Support ecosystem built to resolve high volumes of multi-tiered incidents efficiently for thousands of internal users. * Lead, mentor, and structurally scale a high-performing team of IT directors, engineers, and specialists distributed across multiple countries. **Qualifications & Experience** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA or MSc) and advanced certifications (e.g., ITIL Expert, TOGAF, CISM/CISSP, PMP) are highly preferred. * **Proven Scale:** 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with **at least 5+ years in a Group CIO, VP of shared services, or equivalent role managing tech environments for massive conglomerates.** * **Shared Services Master:** Demonstrated track record of building or dramatically scaling an IT Shared Services model from the ground up. * **Technical Breadth:** Deep, authoritative knowledge spanning across global network design, heavy-duty cybersecurity frameworks, multi-tenant cloud architectures, complex ERP rollouts, and advanced AI automation tools. * **Leadership Style:** Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and change-management capabilities.
