Head of Personal Car Leasing / Project Manager

We are looking for a driven **Head of Personal Car Leasing / Project Manager** to take full end-to-end ownership of launching and scaling this business unit—from designing the business model and financial framework to acquiring the first hundreds of recurring customers and driving target ROI. Primary Objective: Build a highly profitable personal car leasing/subscription product with maximum fleet ROI, minimal default/non-payment rates, and high customer Lifetime Value (LTV).Key Responsibilities * **Business Unit Launch & Unit Economics (0 to 1):** * Design the product line (lease structures, subscription plans, included maintenance/insurance packages, deposit terms, and down-payment requirements). * Build financial models: calculate ROI, P&L, Residual Value, and unit economics (CAC, LTV, Churn Rate). * **Operational Setup & Infrastructure:** * Implement robust credit scoring and underwriting processes (income verification, visa status, credit history via Al Etihad Credit Bureau / AECB). * Structure compliant lease agreements in collaboration with legal counsel, adhering to RTA regulations and UAE laws. * Establish long-term operational workflows: vehicle dispatch, scheduled maintenance, Comprehensive Insurance management, Salik tracking, and traffic fine recovery over extended lease periods. * **Sales & Customer Acquisition:** * Develop go-to-market strategies and acquisition channels targeting expats, Dubai residents, and entrepreneurs. * Build an efficient sales funnel from lead generation to signed long-term contracts. * **Risk Management & Collections:** * Establish automated tracking and processes for recurring monthly payments (Post-Dated Cheques / Direct Debit System). * Define protocols for overdue payments, security deposit retentions, and vehicle repossession in default scenarios. * **Scaling & ROI Optimization:** * Track and analyze individual fleet unit performance over extended horizons. * Continuously refine pricing, terms, and processes to boost margins and capital turnover. Candidate Requirements * **STRICT REQUIREMENT:** Minimum **3+ years of experience** in Car Leasing, Long-Term Rental/Subscriptions, or Auto Finance/Loans specifically in Dubai/UAE.*(Candidates without a deep understanding of UAE auto-finance and regulatory frameworks will not be considered).* * **Entrepreneurial Mindset & Financial Acumen:** Strong proficiency in P&L management, ROI analysis, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), unit economics, and risk assessment. * **In-Depth Knowledge of UAE Infrastructure & Legal Regulations:** * Thorough understanding of RTA compliance for personal vehicle leasing. * Hands-on experience with payment systems (**Post-Dated Cheques (PDCs), Direct Debit System (DDS)**), and resident verification workflows (Emirates ID, Salary Certificates, Bank Statements, AECB reports). * Expertise in managing claims and insurance policies (Comprehensive Coverage) for long-term lease terms. * **Track Record:** Proven experience launching products from scratch (Zero-to-One) or significantly scaling a business unit is a strong advantage. * **Fluent English (Advanced / Fluent):** Essential for negotiating with partners, banks, insurers, and clients. *(Proficiency in Russian or Arabic is a plus).* What We Offer * **Competitive Compensation:** High base salary + uncapped performance bonus tied to B2C leasing unit ROI and net profitability. * **Full Autonomy & Resources:** Complete ownership to structure the department, influence fleet acquisition choices, manage marketing budgets, and execute strategy. * **Direct C-Suite / Founders Access:** Fast decision-making cycles without red tape. * **Work Arrangement:** Hybrid (Dubai office + remote flexibility).
