Home Healthcare Center Manager **Location:** Sharjah, UAE We are looking for an experienced **Home Healthcare Center Manager** to lead and support the operations of our Home Healthcare Services. Key Responsibilities * Manage the daily operations of the Home Healthcare Center. * Develop and grow home healthcare services. * Build relationships with hospitals, clinics, insurance companies, and referral partners. * Supervise healthcare staff and ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations. * Monitor service quality, patient satisfaction, and operational performance. * Participate in business development and marketing activities. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field. * **Minimum 3 years of experience in Home Healthcare management in the UAE.** * Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and home healthcare operations. * Experience in business development, marketing, or healthcare sales is highly preferred. * Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
