**Job Title:** HR Manager **Department:** Human Resources **Reports to:** Directors **Location:** Dubai Investment Park (DIP), Dubai, UAE **Employment type:** Full-Time – Office Based **Working Hours**: Mon-Sat 8:00am – 5:00pm **Salary:** Competitive Depending on Experience **Purpose** The HR Manager will be responsible for leading the company’s Human Resources function, ensuring the business attracts, develops and retains high-performing employees while maintaining compliance with UAE employment legislation. This is a hands-on operational role suited to someone who enjoys building processes, improving employee experience and partnering with managers to support business growth. The successful candidate will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, employee relations and HR administration. **Key Responsibilities** * Managing the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain high-quality employees. * Developing, implementing and continuously improving HR Policies * Supporting managers across the business with employee relations, performance management and people related matters. * Coordinating learning and development initiatives to build employee capability and support organisational growth. * Ensuring compliance with UAE labour Law and maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation. * Leading the company’s performance management process by supporting managers, monitoring completion and ensuring consistency across the business. * Producing HR reports and people metrics to support business decision making. * Identifying opportunities to improve HR systems, processes and efficiencies. * Acting as a trusted advisor to the Directors on all people-related matters. **Knowledge & Experience** **Essential** 7+ years HR Generalist experience. CIPD Level 5 or above/ SHRM Certified Professional Experience managing end-to-end recruitment Knowledge of UAE Labour Law Experience supporting Managers Strong HR administration skills Excellent written and spoken English **Desirable** Degree in HR Management, Business Administration a related discipline Experience within SME environment Learning and development experience HRIS implementation experience Experience designing HR policies **Technical Skills** Microsoft Office (Advanced) Excel reporting Recruitment Platforms (Indeed, Bayt) Linkedin Recruiter Performance management systems **Behavioural Competencies** The successful candidate will demonstrate: **Leadership** - Builds trust and credibility across the business. **Communication** - Communicates confidently with employees at all levels. **Organisation** - Plans effectively and manages multiple priorities. **Coaching** - Supports managers to develop their people management capability. **Problem Solving** - Approaches challenges with practical solutions. **Confidentiality** - Handles sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. **Continuous Improvement** - Looks for opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience. **Customer Focus** - Provides a responsive, professional HR service to employees and managers. **What Success Looks Like** The successful HR Manager will: * Build a trusted HR function that supports business growth. * Recruit high-quality employees efficiently. * Ensure new employees are successfully onboarded. * Introduce structured HR processes. * Support managers in leading their teams effectively. * Create a positive employee experience. * Ensure compliance with employment legislation. * Establish accurate HR reporting and metrics. **Working Conditions** * Office-based role in Dubai Investment Park. * Full-time - on-site. * Mon-Sat 8:00am – 5:00pm * Occasional flexibility required during peak recruitment or business periods. **Why Join Us?** This is an opportunity to shape and develop the HR function within a growing luxury furniture business.
