We specialize in electro-mechanical, civil engineering, and industrial construction projects, delivering high-quality turnkey solutions for oil storage terminals, pipelines, warehouses, and infrastructure developments across the UAE. **Job Summary** We are looking for a qualified and experienced **HSE Officer** to join our project team. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, hands-on site experience, and a proactive approach to health, safety, and environmental management. The HSE Officer will be responsible for ensuring safe working practices across all project activities and maintaining compliance with statutory and company HSE standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Implement and enforce project HSE plans, procedures, and policies at site. * Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations, client requirements, and company safety standards. * Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification. * Monitor and control unsafe acts and unsafe conditions at site. * Carry out toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE training for staff and workers. * Prepare and maintain HSE documentation including reports, records, permits, and incident logs. * Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe incidents, and recommend corrective and preventive actions. * Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors on HSE matters. * Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment at site. * Monitor environmental controls such as waste management, spill prevention, and housekeeping. * Assist during audits, inspections, and client HSE reviews. * Promote a strong safety culture across all site activities. **Qualifications & Experience** * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred). * **NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory)**. * Minimum 5 **years of UAE/GCC experience** as an HSE Officer in construction or industrial projects. * Experience in **industrial, oil & gas, pipeline, or infrastructure projects** is an advantage. * Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 45001 / ISO 14001) is preferred. **Key Skills** * Strong knowledge of HSE laws, regulations, and best practices in the UAE. * Excellent communication and coordination skills. * Ability to conduct risk assessments and safety training effectively. * Good reporting and documentation skills. * Basic computer skills (MS Office). * Ability to work independently under site conditions. * Physically fit and capable of working in industrial environments. Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
