Senior Accountant

**Position:** Senior Accountant **Experience:** Minimum 10 years (Manufacturing Industry) **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with at least 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, cost accounting, inventory control, budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. * Manage general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations. * Perform cost accounting and analyze manufacturing costs. * Monitor inventory valuation and conduct inventory reconciliations. * Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis. * Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. * Process payroll and maintain payroll records. * Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, corporate tax, and other statutory requirements. * Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits. * Monitor cash flow and prepare financial reports for management. * Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules. * Support management with financial planning and business decision-making. * Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Minimum 10 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing company. * Strong knowledge of cost accounting and inventory management. * Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. * Good understanding of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and financial regulations. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications** * Professional certification such as **ACCA, CMA, CPA, or CA** is an advantage. * Experience with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., Facts, SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar). * Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and audit coordination.
