Junior Accountant

**Job Title:** Junior Accountant **About the Role** KST Gulf Trading LLC is hiring a **Junior Accountant** to manage the day-to-day financial operations of our trading company in Dubai. If you have a strong background in **accounts payable, expense management, and financial reporting**. **Key Responsibilities** * Record and manage all **company income and expenses** accurately and on time * Verify that all financial transactions pass the required **approval and compliance checks** * Prepare and maintain detailed **expense reports using Microsoft Excel** * **Clear due bills** for the company — both online and through **Al Ansari Exchange** * Process and track all **vendor and supplier payments** * Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation * Support internal and external **audits** with accurate data * Flag discrepancies or financial irregularities to management **Requirements** * 2–3 years of experience in **accounting, finance, or bookkeeping** * Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent) * Proficiency in **Tally** * Strong **Microsoft Excel** skills (reports, formulas, data management) * Experience with **online payment platforms** and bill processing * High attention to detail and strong **numerical accuracy** * Ability to work 6 days a week in Dubai * UAE driving license is a **plus** * Arabic language skills are a **plus** * Open to all nationalities **Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.** Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
