Junior Accountant(Experience with Oracle NetSuite and Tally Prime.)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Junior Accountant** to join our finance team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions. * Prepare journal entries, payment vouchers, and receipt vouchers accurately. * Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and customer/vendor reconciliations. * Perform bank reconciliations and assist with cash and petty cash management. * Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities. * Prepare and maintain accounting schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents. * Assist in the preparation of VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations. * Support the finance team during external audits by providing required documentation. * Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper filing of accounting documents. * Assist with inventory reconciliations and fixed asset records where required. * Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures. * Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by the Finance Manager. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Minimum **2–3 years of accounting experience**, preferably in the UAE. * Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping. * Basic knowledge of UAE VAT regulations. * Hands-on experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries. * Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting software. * Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and organisational abilities. * Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. Added Advantage: * Experience with **Oracle NetSuite** and **Tally Prime**. * Experience in inventory accounting or trading/manufacturing companies will be an advantage. * Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred Timing : 10:45 AM -9:00 PM Location : DAFZA - DUBAI Work Location: In person
