Land Surveyor

Job Summary Living Concept Engineering Consultant LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced **Land Surveyor** to join our growing engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out land, topographic, and construction surveys while ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in **Geodetic Engineering**, **or** * Bachelor's Degree in **Civil Engineering** with a Diploma/Certificate in Land Surveying * **Dubai Municipality (DM) registration is highly preferred** * Proficient in operating modern surveying instruments such as Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Auto Level, and related equipment * Strong experience in **Topographic Surveys**, **Construction Surveys**, and setting out works * Good knowledge of **AutoCAD**, Civil 3D, and other survey-related software * Ability to prepare survey reports, drawings, and coordinate data accurately * Strong communication and coordination skills with engineers, consultants, and site teams * Ability to work independently and under pressure on construction sites * UAE experience is an advantage Responsibilities * Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys. * Perform site setting out and verification of levels and coordinates. * Prepare survey data, drawings, and reports. * Operate and maintain surveying equipment. * Coordinate with project engineers and site teams to ensure survey accuracy. * Ensure all surveying work complies with project specifications and Dubai Municipality regulations. Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
