Land Surveyor(Aluminium Facade Projects)

**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced and precise **Land Surveyor** to join our façade aluminium division. You will play a critical role in the successful installation of curtain walls, glazing, and cladding systems by providing accurate site measurements, gridline markings, and exact setting-out points. **Key Duties and Responsibilities** · **Site Surveys & Measurements:** Conduct rigorous site surveys and record accurate as-built dimensions of concrete structures before starting any facade installation. · **Setting Out:** Perform accurate setting out of control lines, gridlines, and benchmarks for bracket installation and bracket alignment. · **Level Checks:** Verify levels, plumbness, and coordinates of the building to ensure they match approved shop drawings and allowable installation tolerances. · **Equipment Operations:** Operate specialized surveying equipment including Total Stations, Auto Levels, Laser Levels, and GPS. · **Discrepancy Reporting:** Identify and immediately report any structural discrepancies (such as concrete deviations) to the project manager and technical/design teams. · **Drawing Review:** Interpret complex architectural and structural façade shop drawings to ensure field execution aligns with the design. · **Documentation:** Prepare daily survey reports, maintain accurate records, and assist in generating as-built drawings. · **Team Coordination:** Liaise closely with project engineers, site supervisors, and the installation workforce to guide them during the bracket and panel fixing stages. · **Qualifications and Requirements** · Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Land Surveying. · Minimum of 3 to 5 years of dedicated experience in surveying for high-rise or commercial building projects, specifically focusing on **façade, cladding, aluminium, or glazing works**. · Strong proficiency with modern survey instruments (Total Station, Laser Levels, Auto Levels). · Advanced knowledge of reading and interpreting façade shop drawings. · Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills on active construction sites.
