Sales Manager - Sandwich Panel industry (UAE Experience Required)

Job description: **Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced **Sales Manager** to join our Sharjah-based AC trading company. The ideal candidate will have a **proven track record in sales within the Sandwich Panel industry**, with deep market knowledge and strong client relationships across the UAE. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a passion for achieving targets, and the ability to foster relationships with clients. **Duties** * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and increase market share. * Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and meet sales targets. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service. * Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. * Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review. * Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that support sales initiatives. * Conduct training sessions for new hires on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service best practices. **Requirements** * Proven UAE experience in a sales management role or similar position. * Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Strong market knowledge and established client base in the UAE. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * **Knowledge of Hindi** is an added advantage. * UAE driving license preferred. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
