Marketing Executive

**Job Title:** Marketing & PR Executive – Jewellery/RFID Industry (GCC) **Location:** UAE (Dubai) | Travel required across GCC **About the Role:** We're looking for a results-driven Marketing & PR Executive to generate qualified sales leads and build brand visibility across the GCC jewellery, retail, and RFID technology space. This role blends outbound lead generation, digital marketing, PR, event management, and industry networking — working closely with our sales team to directly drive business growth. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and execute B2B lead generation campaigns (cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, social media, industry databases) * Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta * Build relationships with industry associations, trade bodies, and media; prepare press releases, newsletters, and case studies * Coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and company-hosted events * Create content: case studies, brochures, blogs, videos, and social media content * Track and report on leads, campaign ROI, website traffic, and conversion rates **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years' B2B marketing and lead generation experience * GCC market experience required; European market exposure a plus * Experience in technology, SaaS, ERP, RFID, or industrial solutions preferred * Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics * Strong cold calling, CRM, and event coordination skills * Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging senior executives Pay: AED1,844.14 - AED12,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
