Mechatronics Engineer

Job Description: Mechatronics Engineer – Cutting & Grinding Wheels Manufacturing We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mechatronics Engineer to join our new manufacturing facility specializing in Cutting & Grinding Wheels. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, operation, troubleshooting, and optimization of automated production machinery, integrating mechanical, electrical, and control systems to ensure efficient and reliable production. Key Responsibilities: · Supervise the installation, commissioning, and start-up of automated production lines. · Integrate mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation systems. · Configure, program, and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, VFD, servo drives, and industrial control systems. · Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation faults. · Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs. · Optimize machine performance, productivity, and production efficiency. · Coordinate with machine suppliers during installation and commissioning. · Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic drawings. · Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and maintenance standards. · Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives. Required Qualifications: · Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics Engineering or a related engineering discipline. · 5–10 years of experience in industrial manufacturing plants. · Experience in installation and commissioning of automated production lines. · Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMI, SCADA, industrial communication networks, and motion control systems. · Excellent troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and automation systems. · Good command of English.
