Role Description The Procurement Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Erbil, responsible for overseeing all purchasing activities that support Saul Production’s events, retail installations, mall projects, and brand activations. This role manages the sourcing of materials, equipment, and services, negotiates contracts with vendors, and monitors supplier performance to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality. The Procurement Manager collaborates with production, operations, and finance teams to forecast needs, maintain optimal inventory levels, and meet project timelines. Daily tasks include preparing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, resolving supply issues, and maintaining accurate procurement records in line with company policies. The role also involves continuous market research to identify new suppliers, evaluate pricing trends, and support the company’s strategic growth. Qualifications Strong procurement and supply chain skills, including vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, purchasing, and inventory management. Solid project coordination and organizational abilities to manage multiple concurrent orders, deadlines, and budgets. Financial and analytical skills for cost analysis, price comparison, and data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and relationship-management skills for collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers. Proficiency with procurement or ERP software and standard office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, document management systems). Previous experience in events, production, retail, or related industries is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Ability to work on-site in Erbil, with strong attention to detail, integrity, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
