Project Planning & Scheduling Coordinator

Do you thrive on keeping complex projects on track? **AWG** is looking for a **Project Planning & Scheduling Coordinator** to join our Operations team. You'll plan and schedule site labour and supervisor deployment across our active projects, keep progress on track against approved schedules, and work closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and Engineers to make sure every project is delivered on time. **What you'll do:** Plan and schedule site labour and supervisor deployment Monitor project progress against approved schedules Coordinate with Project Managers, Supervisors, and Engineers Track milestones and handover schedules Flag delays early and help drive corrective action **What we're looking for:** Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field 3–5 years' experience in project planning/scheduling Comfortable with scheduling tools like MS Project or Primavera P6 A natural coordinator — someone who keeps people and timelines aligned **Interested?** Apply now or send your CV to **[email protected]** Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
