Key Responsibilities * Develop, update and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project. * Review contracts, project scope, BOQ, drawings, specifications and contractual completion milestones. * Prepare WBS, activity coding structures, calendars, logic networks and Level 1–4 schedules. * Develop baseline, tender, execution, recovery, acceleration and revised project programmes. * Integrate engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, testing, commissioning and handover activities. * Establish activity durations, sequencing, relationships, constraints and milestone dates. * Prepare resource-loaded and cost-loaded schedules based on project requirements. * Coordinate with project managers, planners, engineers, procurement teams, site teams, subcontractors and vendors. * Conduct schedule-review meetings with discipline engineers, site engineers, supervisors and subcontractors. * Attend client, consultant, progress, technical, commercial and site coordination meetings. * Collect and validate progress information, including actual dates, completed quantities, remaining durations and productivity. * Perform regular schedule updates and forecast project or activity completion dates. * Monitor progress against the approved baseline and prepare planned-versus-actual comparisons. * Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports, schedule narratives and management presentations. * Develop two-week, three-week and monthly look-ahead schedules for site execution. * Generate S-curves, manpower histograms, milestone trackers, progress dashboards and productivity reports. * Perform critical-path, near-critical-path, total-float, free-float and schedule-variance analysis. * Identify delays, negative float, interface issues, constraints and activities affecting project milestones. * Recommend mitigation measures and prepare recovery, catch-up or acceleration schedules. * Monitor engineering deliverables, document submissions, approvals and IFC drawing releases. * Track material submittals, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, vendor documents, manufacturing, inspections and delivery dates. * Monitor construction quantities, manpower deployment, equipment utilization and subcontractor productivity. * Review subcontractor baseline schedules, progress updates, look-ahead plans and recovery programmes. * Maintain delay registers, constraint logs, milestone lists, risk registers and action trackers. * Support time-impact analysis, delay analysis, extension-of-time claims and variation assessments. * Incorporate approved scope changes, variations and change orders into project schedules. * Assist with resource levelling, capacity analysis, cash-flow forecasting and earned-value reporting. * Coordinate testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, punch-list closure and final handover schedules. * Maintain proper schedule revisions, update records, progress evidence and historical planning data. * Ensure schedule reports are accurate, consistent and submitted according to client and management deadlines. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline. * Minimum 4–7 years of experience in project planning and scheduling. * Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project and advanced Microsoft Excel. * Experience in EPC, oil and gas, construction, infrastructure, MEP, industrial or fabrication projects. * Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling, WBS development, logic linking, resource loading and progress measurement. * Familiarity with Power BI, ERP systems and project-control software is an advantage. * Knowledge of cost loading, earned-value management, delay analysis and extension-of-time procedures. * Strong analytical, communication, client coordination, presentation, reporting and problem-solving skills.
