Proposal Engineer

**Job Title:** Proposals Engineer **Location:** Sharjah, UAE — On-site **Job Type:** Full-time **About the Role** TechnoMAK Modular Building Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented **Proposals Engineer** to join our Estimation team. You'll play a key role in preparing winning technical and commercial proposals, working closely with sales, engineering, and project teams to turn client requirements into compelling, accurate, and competitive bids. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of technical problem-solving, writing, and cross-team collaboration. **What You'll Do** * Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents in response to client RFQs/RFPs * Review technical specifications and drawings to develop accurate scopes of work and cost estimates * Coordinate with sales, procurement, and engineering teams to gather pricing and technical input * Ensure proposals are compliant with client requirements, company standards, and submission deadlines * Maintain and update templates, pricing databases, and technical documentation libraries * Support post-submission clarifications, negotiations, and handover to project execution teams * Track proposal status and maintain a log of bids submitted, won, and lost **What We're Looking For** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field) * 2+ years of experience in proposal/bid preparation, estimation, or a similar technical role * Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus * Excellent written communication skills — able to translate technical detail into clear proposals * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines * Good analytical and cost-estimation skills * Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus) **What We Offer** * Competitive salary * Employment Visa / Health insurance / Annual leave / Transport allowance / Career growth opportunities * A collaborative, fast-paced work environment Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED8,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
