Talent Acquisition Lead

**Key Responsibilities** * Lead end-to-end recruitment activities from manpower requisition to onboarding. * Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for Civil, MEP, Interiors, and Joinery business units. * Recruit for all levels including blue-collar, supervisory, engineering, managerial, and senior leadership positions. * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through multiple sourcing channels. * Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, networking, and headhunting techniques. * Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide recruitment support throughout the selection process. * Conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical suitability, communication skills, salary expectations, and cultural fit. * Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer discussions with selected candidates. * Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and UAE labour regulations. * Develop effective recruitment strategies to reduce hiring turnaround time. * Prepare recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and dashboards for management review. * Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide strategic hiring support. * Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining quality and recruitment timelines. * Represent the company at career fairs, recruitment events, and walk-in interviews whenever required. * Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent across the GCC region. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline. * Professional HR certifications like **CIPD Level 5 or Level 7** (UK) or **SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP** will be an added advantage. **Experience Requirements** * **Minimum 12–15 years of Talent Acquisition experience**, with substantial experience in the UAE / GCC. * Proven experience recruiting for: * Civil Construction * MEP Contracting * Interior Fit-Out * Joinery Manufacturing & Installation * Strong understanding of technical roles across construction and engineering sectors. * Experience handling high-volume recruitment for multiple business units simultaneously. * Prior experience in a lead or senior recruitment role is highly preferred. **Required Skills** * Excellent knowledge of UAE/GCC recruitment market. * Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities. * Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and leading job portals. * Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills. * Strong stakeholder and hiring manager management. * Outstanding communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. * Strong organizational and reporting skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). **Preferred Candidate Profile** * Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred. * Experience recruiting for Tier 1 construction and contracting companies in the UAE/GCC. * Strong professional network within the construction and engineering industry. * Results-oriented professional with excellent leadership and team collaboration skills.
