Position: Quality Control & Business Development Executive **Department:** Operations / Business Development **Reports To:** Operations Manager/ Housekeeping Manager **Location:** Dubai, UAE Job Summary The Quality Control & Business Development Executive is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of cleaning services across all BusyBees projects while actively developing new business opportunities. This role combines operational quality assurance with client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth. The employee will conduct regular site inspections, resolve service issues, maintain client satisfaction, and promote the company's cleaning and facility services to prospective and existing clients. Key Responsibilities1. Quality Control & Operations * Conduct daily inspections of holiday homes, commercial cleaning sites, and other service locations. * Ensure all cleaning services comply with BusyBees Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and client expectations. * Perform quality audits and prepare detailed inspection reports with photographs and observations. * Identify service deficiencies and coordinate corrective actions with the Operations Team. * Verify the completion and quality of rectification works. * Monitor the performance of cleaners and provide recommendations for improvement. * Assist in training and coaching cleaning staff on company procedures, safety practices, and service standards. * Attend client sites to resolve operational issues, complaints, and service-related concerns. * Ensure all sites comply with health, safety, and company policies. * Report recurring operational issues and recommend process improvements. 2. Business Development & Sales * Identify and generate new business opportunities through site visits, networking, referrals, and cold calling. * Promote BusyBees' cleaning and facility services, including: * Holiday Home Cleaning * Office Cleaning * Deep Cleaning * Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning * Post-Construction Cleaning * Furniture Cleaning * AC Duct Cleaning * Pest Control Services * Conduct site assessments and gather information required for quotation preparation. * Coordinate with the Sales Team in preparing accurate quotations and proposals. * Follow up on quotations and negotiate with prospective clients. * Convert sales leads into confirmed service contracts. * Build and maintain strong relationships with: * Property Managers * Facility Managers * Corporate Clients * Holiday Home Operators * Building Owners * Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional company services to existing clients. * Participate in marketing campaigns and business development initiatives. 3. Client Relations & Collections * Maintain regular communication with assigned clients to ensure high customer satisfaction. * Respond promptly to client feedback and service concerns. * Coordinate with Operations to ensure timely resolution of client issues. * Follow up on outstanding payments with assigned clients in coordination with the Accounts Department. * Escalate unresolved operational or collection issues to management. * Maintain accurate client visit records and communication logs. Reporting Responsibilities Prepare and submit: * Daily Site Inspection Report * Daily Activity Report * Client Visit Report * Quality Audit Report * Corrective Action Report * Weekly Business Development Report * Monthly Sales Pipeline Report * Client Feedback Report Business Development * Number of new client visits conducted monthly. * Number of quotations generated. * Sales conversion rate. * Monthly sales achieved against assigned targets. * Revenue generated from new and existing clients. Client Relations * Client satisfaction rating. * Client retention rate. * Upselling of additional services. * Timely follow-up on customer concerns. Collections * Timely follow-up of outstanding invoices. * Collection success rate for assigned accounts. Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field. * Minimum **2–3 years** of experience in quality control, operations, facility management, cleaning services, or business development. * UAE driving license is preferred. * Experience in the cleaning or facilities management industry is an advantage. Skills & Competencies * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong customer service orientation. * Sales and negotiation skills. * Quality inspection and auditing experience. * Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. * Report writing and documentation skills. * Time management and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and under pressure. * Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). * **Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Odoo)** for managing customer records, quotations, work orders, scheduling, reporting, and operational processes. * Professional appearance and positive attitude.
